- Request for Information: Revisions to the PHS Guideline for Reducing Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Hepatitis B Virus (HBV), and Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) Through Organ Transplantation: Since the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services implemented the 2013 PHS Guideline for Reducing Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Hepatitis B Virus (HBV), and Hepatitis C (HCV) Through Organ Transplantation, the organ donation and transplantation community has monitored the impact of the recommendations on provider and patient perceptions. OIDP published a Request for Information (RFI) in the Federal Register to collect public input regarding further revisions to the Guideline.
