HHS Data Integrity Board (DIB) Annual Reports on Matching Programs and Activities

Annual reports on computer matching programs and activities are required by subsection (u)(3) of the Privacy Act (5 USC 552a(u)(3)). They are submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) each June 1 and cover the preceding calendar year:
