A Human Experience

At its core, BUYSMARTER is a human experience where all 26 HHS Operating Divisions (OPDIVs) and Staff Divisions (STAFFDIVs) are willing to work together to negotiate better value for the goods and services they buy. Collaboration is enabled by technology and policies that help to clear hurdles and scale HHS’ efforts.
