BUYSMARTER will be operational beginning October 1, 2020, and each of the Program Roadmap's workstreams will come together to support change management, communication and the successful implementation of BUYSMARTER.
To show impact and measure incremental success, BUYSMARTER tracks performance using the key performance indicators (KPIs) below. As the Program evolves (and matures), additional metrics will be implemented.
