Regulatory Flexibility Act Section 610 Reviews

The Regulatory Flexibility Act, 5 U.S.C. 610, directs HHS to periodically review regulations that have a significant economic impact upon a substantial number of small entities (“SEISNOSE”). The tables below list (1) regulations HHS is assessing to determine whether they have a SEISNOSE and (2) Section 610 reviews that HHS is currently performing with respect to regulations that have a SEISNOSE. The table lists assessments and Section 610 reviews in chronological order from the date they were begun. The first two columns of the table below provide the citation and link for the appropriate Federal Register notice starting and (if applicable) concluding the review. Where available, use the Regulation Identifier Number (RIN) after each citation to locate the appropriate entry. The third column lists the title and citation of the rule that was reviewed.
