Menikoff, M.D., J.D., OHRP, discussed the experiences of both clinicians and researchers on the frontlines about what freedoms they had in treating patients with unproven drugs during the onset of COVID-19. This session was inspired by the New York Times article “The COVID Drug Wars That Pitted Doctor vs. Doctor”.
