Interest-Based Problem Solving

This 1.5 hour, virtual, fully interactive course teaches the concepts behind interest-based problem solving. Traditional negotiation is adversarial, win/lose, and can be intimidating. Learn the skills to turn that dynamic around, explore win/win options, and expand the pie. We recommend that this course be taken in conjunction with Communication & Active Listening, but the two may be taken individually.

Difficult Conversations

This 1.5 hour virtual course teaches skills and approaches to tackle difficult conversations in personal and professional interactions. Learn how to think about and approach the conversations that involve dramatically different perspectives on a problem, the ones that have the potential to trigger intense emotional reactions. Discuss and learn more about when and why to have these conversations, and a road map for navigating them that helps deal with the emotions while recognizing the value of different perspectives.
