PSC provides Fleet Management Services, as well as a variety of other travel and transportation-related services to HHS operating divisions and staff divisions, ranging from optimizing a vehicle’s reliability and operational performance during its lifespan; reducing the environmental, economic, and social impact of HHS’ fleet vehicles; developing and implementing fleet policies; and managing and providing guidance for HHS fleet charge cards.
