For managers needing employee risk management tools, customized one-to-one management consultations can be provided. FOH also offers tools to help managers improve their own professional skills.
Supervisor and Risk-Management Consultation
Our counselors consult with supervisors, managers, and union representatives to effectively help them identify best practices for engaging with employees on productivity concerns and performance and conduct issues, along with managing crises and workplace changes.
EAP counselors provide guidance and consultation so that supervisors and managers can effectively identify, interact with, and refer employees with performance or conduct issues to the program. Counselors are available 24/7 to discuss performance concerns and the appropriate EAP intervention.
Management Coaching Program
The FOH Management Coaching Program is a new EAP service now available to all civilian managers and supervisors. Management coaching is a resource that can help improve management and leadership skills, generate techniques for handling difficult employees, and assist with navigating both personal and professional change.
