The mission of Federal Occupational Health (FOH), a component of the Program Support Center (PSC), is to improve the health, safety, and productivity of the Federal workforce. We provide support for HHS and many other agencies across the federal government.

FOH supports customers through the provision of occupational health services in four areas:

Office of the Director

Information about the FOH workforce, working with FOH, the occupational health center locations, and FOH leadership.

Behavioral Health Services

Provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and work/life balance services to support federal employees with any challenges they might face.

Clinical Health Services

Provides clinical services to improve the health of the federal workforce at Health and Wellness Centers located in federal buildings throughout the United States and through a large network of private-provider physicians and nurses.

Environmental Health and Safety Services

Provides environmental health services using an integrated approach that helps agencies comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and environmental health regulations.

Wellness and Health Promotion Services

Offers health and wellness programs including FedStrive Virtual, an online wellness portal, fitness center management, fitness classes, nutrition and health coaching, and onsite health promotion programs.
