Mr. Billy is an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation with a Bachelors of Arts Degree from the University of California, Riverside and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from the University of Redlands. After graduating from UC Riverside, he explored a different career before realizing he wanted to work with the American Indian community. Mr. Billy worked for the Native American Student Programs for approximately three years at UC Riverside before having the opportunity to work for United American Indian Involvement, Inc. (UAII). He has been at UAII since 2003, where he held several positions for many programs and departments within the agency to eventually serve in his current role as Chief Executive Officer.
