PCSFN 2019 Annual Council Meeting

MEDIA NOTICE: Any media wishing to attend this meeting should RSVP by September 12th at 5:00 p.m. ET. Send your RSVP to [email protected].

This meeting is free and open to the public. Members of the public who wish to attend the meeting are asked to pre-register by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by calling 240-276-9567. Registration for public attendance must be completed before 5:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, September 11, 2019. Please inform us of any necessary accommodations by 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, September 9, 2019. Foreign nationals should RSVP no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, September 3, 2019, indicating country of citizenship. Public comment will not be available during the meeting, however, you may send your comments to the Council via e-mail at [email protected]. All written comments must be received by midnight September 12, 2019. The meeting minutes will be archived on the PCSFN website at www.fitness.gov.

All in-person attendees are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting; due to fire code restrictions, if room capacity is exceeded, in-person registration will be closed. All in-person attendees must sign-in at the security desk with a valid, government-issued ID. A staff member will be there to escort you to the meeting room.

Transportation

Parking: There is limited street parking surrounding the Hubert H. Humphrey Building. We recommend taking the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit System (Metro).

By Metro, take either the Blue or Orange line to the Federal Center SW Metro Station: This station is located within two blocks of the venue. Proceed through the visitor entrance of the Hubert H. Humphrey Building and inform the desk attendant that you are attending the Council Member Meeting.
