Elevate Health

Elevate Health is a publication of the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness & Nutrition’s Science Board. Each issue deals with a topic with current relevance to physical educators, sport coaches, registered dietitians and nutritionists, exercise, nutrition, sports medicine and public health practitioners, physicians, parents, school nutrition staff and professionals, school nurses, and students. This publication is made possible by a partnership with the National Fitness Foundation.

The publication is sent out four times per year – please join our listserv if you wish to receive the newest issue directly in your inbox when it’s released! Access past Elevate Health issues in our virtual library below where we have covered almost any topic on fitness, sports and nutrition you can imagine. You’ll need the free Adobe Reader or another PDF reader.

Elevate Health was formerly published by the President’s Council under the name “Research Digest” until 2013.
