2016 Hepatitis Testing Day Awards

On May 19, 2016, during the White House observance of Hepatitis Testing Day, HHS recognized 12 organizations for their outstanding commitments to increasing the number of individuals who are aware of their hepatitis B and C status. The honorees selected demonstrated success in reaching underserved populations and getting people tested and linked into care for viral hepatitis. Awards were presented by Karen DeSalvo, M.D., M.P.H., M.Sc., Acting Assistant Secretary for Health. Learn more about the awardee organizations.
