Lucretia “Cree” Boazman

Clinical Health Services Acting Director

Lucretia "Cree" Boazman is the Acting Director of Clinical Health Services (CHS) for Federal Occupational Health (FOH) within the Program Support Center. In this role, Ms. Boazman supports FOH clinical health services provided in over 200 clinics and a network of private providers.

Ms. Boazman has an extensive history with FOH. She also serves as CHS' Chief of Business Operations and Support Services. In this role, she manages the operations, customer service, and FOH's portfolio of federal customer agencies receiving clinical health services. Additionally, Ms. Boazman was the Program Manager of Psychological Assessment and Consultation Services within CHS and the Special Projects Manager for various leaders in FOH, including the FOH Director, FOH Medical Director, and the Director of Clinical Health Services.

With over 20 years of international leadership experience in financial services, technology, and healthcare, Ms. Boazman has held various key leadership positions ranging from Chief of Staff, Operations Officer, Sales and Client Relations Executive, Marketing and Communications Director, and Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner. Her educational background includes degrees in business administration, organizational leadership, project management, change management, and human resources certifications. She plans to continue utilizing her many skills to support FOH by improving the customer experience and the federal workforce's health, safety, and productivity.
