The Program Support Center (PSC) Badging Office has reduced our in-person operating schedule and staffing to comply with the COVID-19 social-distancing practices. Walk-in service have been suspended to keep our personnel safe while continuing our mission.

All requests are by appointment only. PSC will contact you to schedule your badging and fingerprinting appointment at an office location in your region.

What to Expect During Your PSC Badging Appointment

PSC has taken measures to enhance the safety and health of our customers in the badging offices in response to Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic.  These measures include:

Reducing staff and operating hours to promote social distancing protections where multiple appointments and physical fingerprinting contact between persons is required

Enhanced hygiene and disinfecting practices for people, space and our equipment.

Your health and time are valuable to us and we will do our best to provide timely and efficient service while being flexible to adhere to all current and emergent CDC guidance. 

CDC Guidance on Mask Requirements

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued guidance on Interim Public Health Recommendations for Fully Vaccinated People.  Consistent with the guidance, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has issued the following mask requirements:

  • All HHS employees, contractors, and visitors, regardless of their vaccination status, will need to wear masks when in HHS facilities. In addition, any HHS employee, contractor, or visitor who is not fully vaccinated will be required to continue to physically distance consistent with CDC guidance.
