Members consist of the Secretary or delegate who will be an ex officio member and serves as the Chairperson, and at least 21, but no more than 23 members selected by the Secretary.
The Division of Nursing and Public Health, Bureau of Health Workforce, Health Resources and Services Administration, provide management and support.
