National Center for Equitable Care for Elders

The National Center for Equitable Care for Elders (NCECE) is part of the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. NCECE provides grant-funded training and technical assistance (TA) to Community Health Centers and look-alikes committed to improve health care delivery to the older adult population. Our TA focuses on helping organizations:

  • Assess their readiness for change,
  • Train staff to build core competencies, 
  • Improve health care integration, and
  • Improve care coordination for older adults.
